  3. Service Expectations: Courier agrees to provide the highest standard of service to HelloGov customers, reflecting the company’s commitment to reliability, professionalism, and integrity.

  4. Regulatory and Compliance Standards: Courier affirms that they are in good standing with all applicable regulatory authorities and that they comply with relevant industry standards, including but not limited to SOC 2 and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) requirements.
