Background checks:Courier consents to a background check conducted at HelloGov’s expense. A satisfactory background check is a condition of participation in the courier program.

Service expectations:Courier agrees to provide the highest standard of service to HelloGov customers, reflecting the company’s commitment to reliability, professionalism, and integrity.

Regulatory and compliance standards: Courier affirms good standing with all applicable regulatory authorities and compliance with relevant industry standards.

Vetted, registered, customer-rated

The marketplace is for couriers registered with the U.S. Department of State as hand-carry passport couriers, and for registration and titling agencies joining the Tag & Title network. Every courier is independently vetted before being listed and rated by real customers afterward.
