Building the global platform for every government document a citizen ever needs.
Every year, people around the world apply for government documents to travel, work, see new places, and build businesses of their own.
We’re building an intelligent platform to guide them through every one using an infrastructure where AI takes the hassle out of government documents.

Building the future of government applications
The way people do everything is changing. We book, bank, work, and travel through systems that know us and anticipate our needs. One of the last things still waiting to catch up is how we deal with government applications.

HelloGov is building the answer to that complexity: a single platform for every government document a person needs, powered by AI, guided by specialists, and built for a world where intelligent agents handle the paperwork on our behalf.
Our vision is a platform where every business license, vehicle registration, passport and visa application is as simple and seamless as it can be, because our platform understands every nuance and requirement a correct application demands.

“Government touches almost everything people want to do (travel, work, build a business) and it’s one of the last frontiers that technology hasn’t made simpler. We’re building the platform that changes that while also defining the foundations for a future where AI can handle government on a person’s behalf.
And we’re not just doing this for one document. We’re building one platform for every document someone will ever need.”
Two industry leaders merged for a bigger vision
In 2026, HelloGov and iVisa officially merged, uniting two of the most established names in government and travel documentation under one company.
iVisa had spent thirteen years building one of the world’s leading visa platforms, serving travelers across more than 100 destinations with hundreds of specialists reviewing applications in fourteen languages. HelloGov had built an AI platform for U.S. passports, backed by specialist review and a network of registered couriers.
Together, they became a single company with a shared conviction that dealing with government should be far simpler and more convenient for people all over the world.
That conviction now reaches further, with a mission to bring vehicle registration, business formation, and every other government process onto the same platform so that HelloGov becomes one place for every government document a person needs.
Building for an agentic future

“More and more government applications will be handled by AI, acting on citizens’ behalf. For that to work at scale, and for people to trust it, an AI has to understand government exactly, not best-guess its way through an application.
That’s why we’ve built GovSchema: an open set of our internal rules that lets AI read and complete any government process accurately. We maintain it across governments worldwide and keep it current as their requirements change, so that citizens can trust AI with the applications that shape their lives, from a first passport to a visa to starting a business.”
Bringing simpler government applications to more applications globally
Government paperwork complexities don’t just slow down the person filling it in. They have knock-on impacts for businesses too. A visa held up delays the airline. A passport problem strands the traveler. A delayed formation holds back the business waiting to open.
These friction points run through the whole chain. That’s why HelloGov is working with its enterprise partners to build government services into the places people and businesses already are.
That means a passport application that happens alongside booking the trip. A visa application alongside booking the flight. A business formed as they register their domain. The vision for HelloGov is to be the convenience layer for all government paperwork complexities, making modern life a little easier for everyone to juggle.
